James worked closely with Carrie in the community of Westcott and during her role at Surrey County Council whilst he was a member of the Surrey Health & Wellbeing Board.
James is an experienced NHS and commercial director, having held roles in NHS commissioning, as well as at West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust, Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust and at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Mike met Carrie Kalman on the football pitch. He currently coaches her son Jacob’s junior football team on a Saturday morning.
He spent his career in the metropolitan police service retiring as Detective Chief Superintendent in 2017. He now holds the position of Deputy Director at the Santa Marta Group. An international organisation bringing together the church and law enforcement working together to help victims of modern slavery.
Sue Kemp became a friend of Carrie during the last months of her life. They met when Sue supported Carrie and her husband David, with a business venture idea through her Marketing Consultancy business based in Reigate.
Prior to setting up the business, she worked for 20 years in the mobile industry holding Marketing Management positions at Nokia, Samsung Mobile and IBM. Sue currently plays an active role in managing the fundraising activities and local promotion of Carries Home Foundation.
